Spring Sports & Physical Exam Information
All physicals dated as of 4/1/24 are good for the entire 2024-25 school year. Any student interested in trying out for a sport must have a physical completed and submitted to Nurse King prior to tryouts. All information must be submitted only on a DIAA physical form. See the "Sports Physical" tab on the left side of this page. You only need ONE physical per academic school year!
If your child received a physical this past school year (2023-2024) please check with their provider about completing the 2024-2025 DIAA physical now. On page 4, the provider will put the actual date of the exam, followed by the date of clearance. As long as the physical has been within one year of the clearance date, it will be valid for the 24-25 school year.
Eligibility Policy
- In order to determine if a student is eligible that student must be passing four (4) credits with two (2) credits in the core academic areas. Second marking period grades will be used to determine initial eligibility. Third marking period grades will be used to determine in-season eligibility.
